Yo yo yo! Reader,Another week. Another blur. And honestly… I think that’s becoming a sign. Not of chaos. Not of being “too busy.” But of being in motion. Because I’ve noticed something… The weeks that leave you wondering… “What did I even do?” …are often the same weeks where, if you zoom out, you realize… You moved the needle more than you thought. And that’s exactly where my head’s been this week. quick side step... looking for last weeks newsletter? (here) Lets continue on... Progress Doesn’t Always Feel Like ProgressThis week wasn’t perfect. There were challenges. Moving pieces. Financial planning. Decisions. A few sacrifices. A few opportunities I wanted to chase… and a few I had to say no to. A few moments where I thought: “Am I doing enough?” And then I looked up. And realized… We’d moved. Not perfectly. Not cleanly. Not without stress. But we moved. And that matters. The Biggest Lesson This Week? Results give you lessons. Simple. But powerful. Too many people want the result… Without respecting the process that creates it. They want confidence…Without discomfort. They want clarity… Without confusion. They want experience… Without ever taking the first uncomfortable step. But life doesn’t work like that. Neither does business. Neither does growth. You earn it. Rep by rep. Week by week. Decision by decision. The Milestone That Hit Me This Week…This month, I hit something I’ve wanted for a very long time… A $50,000+ month. And I’ll be honest… When I first started documenting this journey years ago… I remember saying to a mate: “One day… I want people to see what happens when you just keep showing up.” Back then… I was doing $7k… maybe $10k a month. And now? Here we are. Not because I had it figured out. Not because I was smarter. Not because timing was perfect. But because… I stayed in the game. Here’s What Most People Don’t See…They see milestones. They don’t see:
They see the mountain. They don’t see the climb. The Goal Has Changed…And that’s okay. Now that one milestone is done… My mind naturally asks: “Okay… what’s next?” $60k? $75k? $100k? Maybe. But bigger than revenue… I’m chasing something that lasts. Systems. Freedom. Options. Impact. Legacy. A Reminder For YouMaybe your goal isn’t business. Maybe it’s:
Whatever it is… Don’t dismiss your small wins because they aren’t “big enough.” Because one day… You’ll look back at what feels “normal” now… And realize… It used to be the dream. My Challenge To You This WeekDon’t ask: “Am I there yet?” Ask: “Did I move the needle?” Because if you did… You’re winning. Even if it doesn’t feel like it yet. Appreciate you being here. One week at a time. One lesson at a time. One chapter at a time. What else have I been up to?

Yo yo yo! Reader, Some weeks you feel unstoppable. Other weeks feel like you're spending all your time reacting. This was one of those weeks. Trades didn't arrive when they were supposed to. Collections got delayed. Staff had family commitments. A camera return turned into a difficult customer situation. Rain made warehouse work harder than it needed to be. Even simple plans seemed to require three backup plans. A few years ago that would've completely thrown me. Now? It's just business. Also...

Yo yo yo! Reader, This week felt like a milestone. After weeks of planning, measuring, moving and reorganising, the new pallet racking finally went in. In less than an hour, one of the biggest operational projects we've tackled this year was standing in the warehouse and almost immediately, it started filling up. On the surface, it looks like shelving. In reality, it's capacity. Capacity for more stock. More consignments. More opportunities. More live shows. More moving parts. And judging by...
