Yo Reader,Ever shared a goal? A dream? Something which fires you up, something which gets you excited... only to have someone come out and say "that's not possible". Well I think I hear this way too much, but the beauty of it... is it makes more push further into my dreams and goals! I want to chat about it today and maybe it can resonate with you. Last Newsletter can be read here ✨ Lessons/Reflections/ThoughtsIt's been a rough few weeks almost months in the business.
Some tough challenges... Here’s the thing: when people say you can’t, they’re really saying they couldn’t. If I had followed the unsolicited advice of the randoms on the internet years ago when I first started this journey, I would not be here today. But I am and though I don't meet their "ideas of success" LOL, I am proud of my success and I also know its simply the START. So when you’re building, dreaming, or doing something different, remember: you’re not here to fit inside someone else’s version of “realistic.” I have had a few people continue to PUT down my dream. Saying it isn't possible. BUT it is only not possible in their mind as either they havent been able to do it, or no one else has. Imagine if the amazing business's we see today decided to accept the rejection. Or if JK Rowling decided to accept her fate and not proceed with Harry Potter... wow... The truth? Most limiting beliefs don’t start from malice they start from fear. These people are too scared to give it a go themselves... so they attack, pull down and challenge those doing it and making them realise they are not actually the ones good enough. They are simply ones with fear of change, fear of failure and they fear that if you actually pull it off, it’ll challenge what they settled for. So how do you protect your momentum? Here’s what I’ve learned: 1️⃣ Filter the feedback. 2️⃣ Watch the evidence. 3️⃣ Let the results talk. And remember the moment you start playing small to make others comfortable, you’ve already accepted their version of your potential. DO NOT FALL TO THEIR LEVEL. Keep building. Keep betting on yourself. You’re not crazy. You’re just early. Business Snapshot for 2025 (currently): October continues to be an endless ROLLERCOASTER RIDE! Last week I honestly was in the mindset and accepting that October may be a NEGATIVE month. And look... it may still end up that way, but I have taken some action this week to get things pushing in the right direction and with the push of more sales, some levers we are BACK in the green. I still have staff to pay again in a couple of days, which will likely soak all of this up. BUT, we are not done yet. Find out next week. ContentLatest Content:

Howdy Reader, A year ago, I wrote about “catching a break” and back then, it was coming from a place of hope.I was in the thick of uncertainty, trying to convince myself that if I just kept pushing, something had to give. Now, a year later, I’ve realised something important: You don’t wait for a break... you become it. Reflecting from where I was last year... lower sales, lower revenue, lower profits... and feeling a squeeze. Here I am again 1 year later, with the feeling of being squeezed...
Howdy Reader, I am determined to see my dreams become a reality. One way or another and through the thick of it all. YOU SHOULD TOO! My dreams = my responsibilities. However every so often I have random backseat drivers drop their wise words of motivation like this... “For every one person who succeeds, a hundred thousand fail.” And they say it on the basis that due to this, I will likely fail, so why bother. TRULEY with an attitude like that, for sure we are going to fail. But those odds...
Yo Reader, Ever notice how growth doesn’t always feel like growth while it’s happening? I have shared this likely 10x now... but it still needs to be a reminder for myself, so why not share with you too! You look back later... months or years and realise how far you’ve come, even when most days felt like you were standing still. Thats the beauty of "showing up and time passes anyway". Time works in your favour when you show up. That is how you build momentum. This is how it compounds when you...
