when you think small, you'll get small results

Howdy Reader,

I am determined to see my dreams become a reality. One way or another and through the thick of it all.

YOU SHOULD TOO!

My dreams = my responsibilities.

However every so often I have random backseat drivers drop their wise words of motivation like this...

“For every one person who succeeds, a hundred thousand fail.”

And they say it on the basis that due to this, I will likely fail, so why bother.

TRULEY with an attitude like that, for sure we are going to fail.

But those odds aren’t real. They’re averages shaped by people who stopped trying, didn’t learn, or let fear make their choices.

The percentage doesn’t define you. Your effort, persistence, and belief do.

I want to share my thoughts on this and playback how you too can KICK BUTT and make your dreams a reality.

Lessons/Reflections/Thoughts

The world loves to use statistics to justify playing it safe.

But growth doesn’t live in safety...

It lives in the uncomfortable, the unknown, and the unreasonable pursuit of what if it works?

Those who make it aren’t “lucky.” They’re the ones who didn’t listen when the odds said no.

I have only been doing my journey for 5 years in January and this is 3 things I would remind you to remember:

  1. You are not the statistic: The numbers don’t include your effort, your resilience, or your hunger.
  2. Failure isn’t a wall, it’s feedback: The people who fail and quit are counted in the stats. The ones who fail first BUT keep going are not included in those stats.
  3. Your path doesn’t need to make sense to everybody: Most people can’t imagine your version of success because they’ve already settled for their own (and that is fine).

So what can you take from this and what can you do to KICK BUTT and make your dreams a reality?

  • Use doubt as data" Every “you can’t” is just proof you’re doing something most people won’t even attempt.
  • Consistency compounds: You don’t need to do it all today. You just need to show up today… and then again tomorrow.
  • Run your own race: The loudest critics are often the ones who never left the start line. Keep your eyes on your own lane.
  • Stack the reps: Skill grows quietly. You won’t feel it day-to-day (neither will others see it) but one day you’ll realise you’ve built something unstoppable. And by then when they realise... they will crawl back into the hole they came from.
  • Play the long game. Most people fail because they stop. Winners win because they keep finding new ways to move forward.

Your Challenge This Week:

Don’t measure your dreams against the fears of others. Their story isn’t yours.

You’re not trying to be most people. You’re trying to be your best self.

Keep building, keep moving and keep believing... because if you’re still in the fight, you haven’t failed.

You are the difference. You have you. Thats why you will win.

Business Snapshot for 2025 (currently):

November is now in full force and again with its challenges.

  • more expenses (thats the cost of business building... staff, rent and overheads)
  • however MORE opportunities to juggle and leverage (it can be hard to manage them all)

Ill update you next week on our progress.

Yo! Reader, This week… felt like a shift. Not a “we’ve made it” moment. Not a “everything is solved” moment. But one of those weeks where you step back and go: “Okay… we’re moving again.” And after a stretch of frustration, doubt, and questioning everything… That matters more than people realise. Yo! Reader, This week felt different. Not perfect. Not magical. Not “we’ve made it” different. But different in the kind of way that reminds you what’s possible when things finally start to click again. And after a few tougher weeks, I won’t lie… I needed that. Maybe you do too. Yo! Reader, And just like that… another week gone. Honestly, they’re flying at the moment. Some weeks feel long when you’re inside them, but when you step back and look at it — it’s like the calendar just keeps flipping pages. This week has been… better. Not perfect. Not exactly where I want things to be. But better. And right now, I’ll take better.
